FAQ

What are the shipping times?

We usually collect the fruits the day after receiving the order.

Once packaged, we entrust your order to the express courier who usually delivers in 48h from taking charge of the order. In addition, to avoid that oranges remain in sorting centers too long, we avoid shipping on weekends (we carry out the collection and shipping therefore from Monday to Wednesday/ Thursday).

For example for an order placed on a Friday we collect the fruits on Monday with delivery usually on Wednesday.

How is my order delivered?

I Fiori dell’Etna ships by express courier with delivery in 24/48h throughout Italy. The shipping costs are free.

You can track the order once it’s shipped. Once we have entrusted your order to the courier, we will send you the tracking number with which he can track the shipment and view the expected delivery date.

The delivery is made from Monday to Friday, throughout the day, on the street floor.

If at the time of delivery the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice of non-delivery through which you can request free delivery.

Our Customer Service is at your disposal for any need.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The methods of payment accepted on I Fiori dell’Etna are: Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (additional cost of €4.90).

My package is damaged, some fruits are rotten, dented.

Unfortunately it happens that during transport the courier does not treat the package with care, or that during the harvest the orange peel is affected , compromising its resistance and making the damaged oranges more vulnerable. Being, our products, not treated with preservatives (for example, wax), in case of damage to the peel, can rot in a few hours after harvesting.

Do not worry, contact us as soon as possible, sending us an email to problemi@ifioridelletna.it, indicating:

1. The order number in the confirmation email

2. A brief description of the problem.

3. In the case of damaged goods or packages, attach photos and an estimate of the quantity of damaged goods (kg or number of pieces).

We will certainly find a way to remedy this.
